All payments made to Evans Co. are governed exclusively by the terms outlined in each client’s written service agreement. Due to the nature of construction and renovation work, all deposits and payments are non-refundable once labor has begun or materials have been purchased. Website content, estimates, or general statements do not override the terms of your signed contract.
Evans Co. does not guarantee refunds for project cancellations, changes in customer preference, delays, or dissatisfaction unrelated to workmanship. Any consideration of refunds for unused, unopened materials is handled strictly at the supplier’s discretion and is not guaranteed by Evans Co. Under no circumstances will Evans Co. be liable for costs, losses, or claims related to refund expectations outside of the written contract.
By using this website or paying for services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Disclaimer and understand that all financial obligations are determined solely by your signed agreement with Evans Co.
Refund Policy
Because Evans Co. provides construction and renovation services that require labor, materials, scheduling, and project-specific work, all payments made to Evans Co. are non-refundable once services have begun or materials have been purchased on the customer’s behalf.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are used to secure labor, order materials, and schedule project timelines. Once a deposit is paid, those resources are allocated to your project and cannot be returned.

Materials
​
If Evans Co. purchases materials specifically for your project, the cost of those materials is non-refundable, regardless of whether the project proceeds. In some cases, unopened materials may be returnable to the supplier. If the supplier accepts the return, any amount refunded by the supplier may be credited to the client, minus restocking fees if applicable.

Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your project after signing an agreement, you remain responsible for:

Any labor already performed

Any materials purchased

Any subcontractor commitments made on your behalf
No refunds will be issued for work already completed.

Service Issues
​
If you have concerns about the quality of workmanship, Evans Co. will inspect the issue and, if necessary, correct the work in accordance with your warranty or service agreement. Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction or change of preference.

Schedule Changes
​
Client-driven delays or rescheduling do not qualify for refunds. Evans Co. will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but rescheduling may affect timelines and availability.
